Abstract

The objective of this paper is to study the current situation of ensuring human rights in the implementation of imprisonment penalty in Vietnam. The results show that Vietnamese law always attaches great importance to human rights for all prisoners. Inmates are always entitled to healthy activities, updated knowledge, labor training, sports and special amnesty to encourage prisoners to improve better
